能源建设投资对区域经济增长的拉动效应——四川案例

Abstract: 本文以全国清洁能源大省四川省为案例,以1991～2016年的能源工业投资与经济增长统计数据为基础,运用VECM模型和脉冲响应模型,定量分析了能源建设投资对区域经济的长期效应与短期效应。在此基础上,对我国能源投资市场的供需格局变化进行全面分析,提出了进一步加强能源投资的政策建议。
