美国有关邮轮旅客权益实践研究

Abstract: 近年来,随着经济的迅猛发展,美国邮轮业迎来了前所未有的鼎盛时期,在旅客数量逐渐增多的同时,随之而来的是有关邮轮旅客权益纠纷案件的不断出现。本文依据有关邮轮旅客权益的基本理论,简要介绍有关美国邮轮旅客权益保障的基本情况,包括邮轮的相关概念、美国邮轮旅客权益保障现状以及邮轮旅客的权利内容等,对美国邮轮旅客权益保障进行系统研究分析。同时,就目前实践进行评析,总结经验,提出问题。然后结合立法司法,找出问题的解决办法。
