城市轨道交通对周边房地产价格的影响——以大数据背景下武汉地铁2号线为例

Abstract: 本文以武汉市地铁2号线为参考对象,对轨道交通和房地产价格的实证分析表明,轨道交通的存在能够促进房地产价格的增长,二者呈现的是正相关关系。
