Abstract: "互联网+"的大数据背景,给旅游发展带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,也为如何运用新媒体手段普及《旅游法》带来了机会。分析《旅游法》普及的意义,对旅游者普法需求进行问卷调研。在此基础上,针对旅游管理专业大学生,探讨《旅游法》普及的主要内容、新媒体普及形式和"普"的体现。
