Abstract: In order to understand the survival status of tour guides after the implementation of the Tourism Law,a questionnaire survey was conducted on tour guides in Guangdong Province,and 415 valid questionnaires were collected.Using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis,the results show that the salary structure of tour guides has changed since the implementation of the Tourism Law,but the overall income of tour guides is still below the regional average and expected level,and the job satisfaction of tour ... More
