房地产投资与经济增长的关系探究——以郑州市为例

Abstract: 本文基于计量模型分析河南省郑州市房地产投资与经济增长之间的关系,并运用格兰杰因果检验,判断房地产投资与经济增长之间是否具有因果关系,得出郑州市房地产投资与经济增长之间存在因果关系,郑州市房地产投资每增长1%,会使郑州市国内生产总值(Gross Domestic Product,GDP)增长26.19亿元的结论。最后,为郑州市经济发展提出相应的建议。
