Abstract: In this article the author employed an approach of combining the mutual reference and reasoning of poetry, history and ciricicism. After a close study of what Li thought and what he did, the author hold that LI Shang-yin was born to the Li Party and he was still a member of Li Party when his marriage with Miss Wang brought him misunderstanding.
