Abstract: The identifying, analyzing and evaluating algorithm of finding distance-based Outlier (Cell-Based) was firstly studied, and its advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. And then, a new Outlier finding algorithm-algorithm of finding Outlier for reclustering based on distance was proposed.
