和谐社会的帕累托改进悖论

Abstract: 分析帕累托改进在经济学上是一种有效率的改进,笔者认为缩小贫富差距应当效率与公平并重,并针对我国如何缩小贫富差距问题,提出了公共产品倾斜提供等措施。
