近代维新先驱陈炽的教育观

Abstract: 史学界对早期维新思想家陈炽的研究多关注于其政治观、经济观及生平等方面,而对他的教育观则关注得不多,研究得不够深入。教育是陈炽维新变法的一个重要内容,他主张在学习西方的同时坚持中国文化传统。他在实业教育、留学教育、女子教育、华侨教育思想等方面提出许多合乎时代的主张,为中国教育近代化作出了应有的历史贡献。
