水文水资源数字化监测模式研究

Abstract: 随着科学技术的不断发展,人类对生活用水的需求不断提高。为了能够更好、有效、方便地使用水资源,让水文水资源监测能够更准确地收集和分析监测预报要素及信息,将过去的手工作业转化为一种全新的工作方式,现将水资源监控和雨水情有机地融合在一起,从而达到对水文水资源监测情况准确的预测和分析的要求。因此,加速水文水资源数字化监测模式研究,对于全面提升水环境紧急状况和水文水资源监测能力,有效地提高监测效能,促进经济与水资源利用的和谐发展等,都是十分重要的。
