新冠肺炎疫情背景下我国大学餐饮服务的发展现状、机遇与挑战

Abstract: 2020年初,突如其来的新型冠状肺炎疫情席卷全球,我们更加认识到了生命的价值和健康的重要,高校作为特殊的社会组织,肩负着人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等重要使命,师生生命健康和校园安全稳定始终受到社会各界的重视,而其师生群体的敏感性和内部组织管理的复杂性,都决定了校园疫情防控具有一定的艰巨性,高校后勤部门应该如何在这场疫情防控中发力,将是我们应当讨论且必须面对的话题。
