新时代农村相对贫困问题分析及解决路径

Abstract: 党在二十大中提出完成脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会的历史任务,是党这十年以来具有重大现实意义和深远意义的大事。我国实现全面脱贫之后,对于相对贫困的治理成为新时代贫困治理的重点和难点。尤其是对于农村而言。其相对贫困有自己独特的特点,它是由多种要素共同作用的结果。目前农村相对贫困的治理遇到了一些困境,在对其原因深入分析的基础上提出一些应对的策略:加强网格化治理提高精准度、构建多元参与的协同体系、推进公共服务均等化、完善社会保障体系,来解决相对贫困治理这一长期性问题。
