Abstract: 在《全球人工智能治理倡议》的背景下,着重探讨了国际合作与冲突,特别是在跨国数据共享和隐私保护面临的挑战.为了解决这些挑战,提出了一系列策略及措施,包括建立国际合作机制、制定通用数据保护标准,强调这些措施对实现《全球人工智能治理倡议》目标的关键作用,以实现数据的流通与共享.
