A Study on the Effect of Entrepreneurial Resource Bricolage and the Entrepreneurial Learning Ability on Business Model InnovationChinese Full Text

Abstract: Based on the perspective of organizational learning theory,a structural equation model of Entrepreneurial resource bricolage,entrepreneurial learning ability and enterprise business model is constructed. After the empirical analysis of the sample data of 266 high-tech enterprises,the research shows that entrepreneurial resource bricolage has significant positive effects on pioneering business mode innovation,complementary business mode innovation,and the entrepreneurial learning ability; entrepreneurial learning ability has significant positive influence on pi-oneering business model innovation; exploratory learning ability has no significant influence on complementary business mode innovation. The lack of resources and the great difficulty in innovation are problems for Chinese enterprises in the process of innovation,which not only affects the competitive interests of enterprises,but also hinders the sustainable development of business models. Enterprises need to focus their own and existing resources,and re-understand the connotation and extension of resources as a whole by piecing them together. They should break the conventional thinking modes to rearrange and combine resources and achieve disruptive innovation. Entrepreneurial resource bricolage can not only effectively improve entrepreneurial learning ability,but also help enterprises to design business models and open up new market areas.
