Abstract: Based on analyzing the basic connotation of the teaching team of NCO academies, this paper expounds the basic principles of the teaching team construction, and then expounds the basic content of the construction of teaching team from teaching, teaching research, teaching reform, teaching construction, teaching organization, teaching management and service force, finally always adhere to the cultivation the team spirit in the first place, to improve the teaching quality, the ability of team members to correctly handle the teaching and research of the three aspects of the relationship between other focuses on the need to pay attention to.
