Overview
China Legal Knowledge Integrated Database is a legal knowledge service database which integrates legal theory research, consulting of laws and regulations, and case studies. It comprehensively collects and integrates China’s laws, regulations, cases, papers (journals, dissertations and theses, conference proceedings, newspapers) and other knowledge resources. The resource organization mode and associated integration mode of the combination of laws and regulations, cases and papers meet relevant demands of researchers in the field of law for information retrieval and knowledge service.
Contents
The database collects more than 1 million laws and regulations, 80 million cases (evaluation and analysis cases, adjudication cases, administrative law enforcement cases, reconsideration cases, etc.), and 3 million papers (journals, dissertations and theses, conference proceedings, and newspapers).
