Overview

CNKI Standards Database comprises over 600,000 items, including the full texts of China national standards and industry standards, as well as a database of standard bibliographies at home and abroad.

The database collects all national standards published by Standards Press of China and issued by Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China, covering over 97% of total national standards in China. It also collects the full text of industry standards from more than 40 industries such as engineering construction, and standard bibliographies from 18 countries. The database offers comprehensive services for searching, browsing, consulting, and researching standard literature. It also caters to the requirements of standardization research related to standard systems, implementation, application, and improvement.

Contents

China national standards: It contains the full text of nearly 70,000 Chinese national standards, covering more than 97% of total Chinese national standards.

China industry standards: It contains the full texts of more than 30,000 standards from over 40 industries, including engineering construction, light industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, medicine and pharmacy, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, press and publishing.

Database of standard bibliographies at home and abroad: It contains over 450,000 standard bibliographies from 18 countries, including Chinese national standards, standards of International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), European Norm (EN), Deutsches Institut fur Normung (DIN), British Standards (BS), Normes Francaises (NF), Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and standards of some associations of America (such as ASTM, IEEEUL and ASME).
